It was great to see Social Entrepreneur Elizabeth Gray from Thailand in Singapore for the weekend. Liz is currently training for the world championship in Martial arts and the team look to hear reports on how Liz does in some upcoming events.
Grace visited from Hong Kong and shared her activities with Healthy Dynamics and has been enjoying the move into speaking, coaching and making a difference to people’s health worldwide.
