3) Environment - awareness and respect of mother earth will be heightened and changed through the concerted efforts and education programs developed by entrepreneurs. A number of our entrepreneurs such as Harish and Sanjeev in trading, Anand in CCTV manufacturing, Rajesh leather manufacturing, and BR in chip design, mentioned that recycling, re-forestration, micro loans and village projects, and water technology are areas that have huge potential in India. I was pleased to hear that our Bali Entrepreneur Business School 3rd place winner Paul from OZ was in town to explore a water projects supported by our 2nd prize winner Maya. And I look forward to Andy’s Plant A Tree Today foundation launch their first india project in 2007.

4) Peace and Prosperity - entrepreneurs are aware of the importance of cooperation and effective communication while social entrepreneurs take it the next step and have made a conscious effort to humanize their business through various socially responsible and beneficial programs to benefit society. It was great to meet up with BNI national director Niraj and human resources management firm Mahesh. Niraj and I attended a program in Hawaii with Anthony Robbins during Sept 11/2001 and had some amazing recollections about the event and how it has moved us into the people performance field since that time. What will be the trigger to get you to redesign your life? In our XL Coaching we share tools, techniques and strategies to transform our internal and external communication and to clear blockages that might be prevent effect heart-head communication. It was a pleasure and honor to be in Mumbai and meet an awesome group of people. I was very inspired by the sharing, the caliber of business and social entrepreneurship in India.
