-TEAM UK - Daniel, Glenn, Lynette, Michelle, and Nick - great suport this weekend with the biggest coaching to date

- more than 100 awesome life members in London. The largest XL Entrepreneur Life Shift program to date!
- had brilliant weather in the UK the past three days and even had some time to visit  Buckingham Palace, St James Gardens and 10 Downing Street this trip. The Queen and PM were not available so I had some time to meet up with our royal group including Liz, Geoff, Mike, and Michelle.  
- great to see Pania from Thailand in the group as she has recently moved from Thailand. Pania is a actress, child educator, and cross- cultural expert.
INSIGHTS AND AWARENESS 

 - calibration of the wheel of life and the discussion to get distinctions about the construction and heading of the wheel from NLP experts such as Mark, Mo, Ben, and Glenn – the key is to get the words and terminology that the coachee resonants with!
- distinction from Steve about impacting people through inquiry, listening, supporting and sincerely adding to the dynamics of the room – just by listening and asking questions, people take notice and the LAW of ATTRACTION works.  
- respecting difference and actually seeking awareness through curiosity, empathy and compassion
- a special question shared by Mark – that perhaps our greatest passion, is in fact, what you were scolded for as a child? He shared an example of a British 400 meter gold and silver medalist and I followed with my story with public speaking and being scolded as a child for speaking too much!

- interested in working with the dynamic couple of Gary and Vivienne as Gary prepares to RUN across America while displaying his EXTREME jumping techniques! Combining his passion for sport and giving, funds raised will be allocated to athletes around the world.

RESULTS
Law of Attraction in Action - Absolutely awesome - Graham led the way with your courage, vulnerability and willingness to stretch and learn. The personal transformation right in front of our eyes was a personal highlight for me and many folks this weekend. Give and Receive was a brilliant distinction.
Stepping through limiting beliefs, congratulation to Colin, our speech and language expert, and Tim, future award winning Toastmaster for stepping up and creating huge breakthroughs by stepping into and through fear of public speaking – Also to Greg for becoming a non smoker – U GUYZ ROCK!
