The experience of EBS October 2007 was very special and I would like to thank Roger and the XL Team for holding the space to allow magic to happen.  The Mentors were outstanding and provided a wealth of wisdom, experience, and HEART! The service teams and CREW were Extraordinary and shared in the motto of XL – SHOW UP, STEP UP and GIVE BACK! The EBS was a great follow up to my inaugural trips to XL Mexico and XL Canada and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the new city and country managers.

- adapting the 4 E’s to professional speaking (eloquence, expertise, enterprise, and ethics), we explored and discovered applicable and relevant steps to enhance and develop enterprises for local and international markets

- applying practical steps from Wealth Dynamics (www.wealthdynamics.org) and following up on the Entrepreneur life shift and entrepreneur wealth shift programs, participants shared recent achievements, milestones, challenges, and opportunities

- utilizing tools, strategies and techniques shared in Awesome Coaching (www.awesomecoaching.net) listeners shared a forum that allowed us all to - SHOW UP, STEP UP, and GIVE BACK!

Greetings from Toronto, Canada

Congratulations to Country Manager Bob Urichuk and Toronto City Managers Arne and Linda on a successful launch of XL Toronto!

Many thanks to the support of the Canadian Association for Professional Speakers for the strong support at the inaugural momentum session.

It was a honor to share the 4E’s of social entrepreneurship as a blended program for international speakers, social entrepreneurs and for entrepreneurs looking to inject some spirit into their enterprise.

We had some brilliant opportunity knocks including real estate in costa rico, self defence programs for women, wellness, and health programs and professional speaking in the areas of strategy, time managment, and productivity.

Many thanks to some personal support from childhood friends Glen, Ian, my sister Kim and her fiance Geza, and my folks Harvey and Mary for making the journey for the event.

It was my first time to speak in Canada and i look forward to sharing the UP YOUR LEARNING, UP YOUR EARNING and the SPIRIT OF ENTERPRISE keynote presentations in Canada in 2008!

A big warm welcome from XL Mexico at the inaugural momentum night in Mexico City

Thanks to Irene, Rahim,  to and Carlos for bringing XL to Mexico.

We had a lively group in Mexico who proudly represented the spirit of entrepreneurship and the passion for sharing wisdom, wealth, and health.

Check into the www.xl-radio.net for the opportunity knocks from the evenings activities. We had accountants, lawyers offering services to assist entrepreneurs to get set up in Mexico, leading coaches in the areas of  creativity, IT, productivity, and early childhood development, as well as importers and exporters in the wellness, health, and athletic products.

Many thanks to the Life Members who have stepped up in the United States of America (JP, Mike, Kimberly, Jean and John) – it was great to see the team rally behind Irene and lead XL’s movement into the US of A.

INSIGHTS AND AWARENESS

Gorgeous weather in Orange County and our venue at the First American was a terrific example of utilizing facilities of sponsors, strategic alliances and organization with facilities that are willing to allow XL to run events at their facilities. This allowed us to run our weekend in a very efficient, enjoyable and cost effective manner. It was great to meet real developer Wilson from Singapore and the very talented and entertaining Elka and Rasheed from Las Vegas join us for the weekend.

OPPORTUNITES

Kimberly shared her inspiring real estate project that will allow participants to have holiday homes in four nations (Chile, Tahiti, Dominican Republic, and Italy. Looking for US$225k to get through due diligence and licensing for the $51mio project!

Legal eagle Daya has a brilliant tax efficient, socially responsible, economically friendly project in Hawaii. She is looking for investors to join her and her team with a dehydration facility that will contribute to harvesting and processing cost effective, mineral rich foods that will lead to sustainable alternative sources in Hawaii.

The Light Shined brightly for our lovely Star, speaker, author, educator, and leader of the women’s leadership movement June Davison– if you would like information on leadership, coaching, and content development, contact June at Raleigh is setting up a social enterprise fund and is working on plans to attract his team and the funds for allocation in early 2008.
