hot dogs, light bulbs, and used women’s underwear from vending machines.

XL Entrepreneur Life Shift Coaching & Looking for Opportunities

“80% of success is showing up” - Woody Allen

KIND THANKS

– Michelle and Arcy did a splendid job organizing XL’s role at the Global Speakers Summit in Dubai as well as the XL Entrepreneur Life Shift program. Thank you ladies and thank you for spreading the mantra of XL in Dubai – “show up, step up, give back”

INSIGHTS AND AWARENESS - Dubai was a balmy 47 degrees celsius during the day, dropping down to 36 degrees during the evenings. This is a super time to visit Dubai, a month ahead of the summer heat when the temperature will tread to 54 degrees during the day. Being in Dubai in 2007, must be like being in Floride in the 1950 and 1960’s, when Walt Disney and his friends were discussing about Disneyland. With world class resources flowing into Dubai and amazing real estate developments like the PALMS or THE WORLD underway, Dubai’s progress is truly a site for eyes to see and for people around the world to experience.

 - with more that 60 five star hotels coming on line and a commitment of 10 billion DRM (3.7-1US) for entrepreneurship and leadership development, Dubai is a market to consider for people and talent development.

OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS

- KK, our resident legal expert, is expanding his interest in environmentally friendly and economically sustainable projects with plans in Sri Lanka for fishing farming and tree planting. It was awesome to have KK joined by his wife and two daughters for the weekend program.

- international lighting entrepreneur, Reinout, has recently visited Kerala and is looking for “bright ideas” to expand his high-end energy efficient lighting solutions for hotels, office buildings, and enterprises interested lighting initiatives. - Michelle is introducing wealth dynamics to multinationals, human resource departments, and government agencies in Dubai interested in training, nurturing, and placing talent on the path of least resistance to their greatest wealth.

- Shamsa is sharing her market expertise and extensive network in Dubai with international investors interested in getting some exposure to one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the world – excerpt from the Dubai world – “ Forget the leaning tower of Pisa, the Colosseum, Stonehenge or even the pyramids - there’s a new world wonder in town and it’s right here in Dubai. The Burj Al Arab Hotel has been voted one of the seven new wonders of the world, alongside the Eiffel Tower, Sydney Opera House and San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge. Designed by architect Tom Wright, the 28-storey-high, all-suite hotel, the highest in the world, set out to be an iconic or symbolic statement for the emirate - “similar to Sydney with its opera house or Paris with the Eiffel Tower”

RESULTS - great to hear how life members in Dubai are working together to share leads, wisdom, and experience. Akash, Dino and Kamal are three dynamic businessmen in Dubai with extensive trading relationship around the world. Congratulations to Kamal on securing a “significant” distribution deal for high class luggage and suitcases.

- Some great buddy coaching with Temari and his intention to enhance his financial acuity, Gaby with expanding her coaching business, Antje with her pending real estate deals, and a number of life members looking to improve their health and wellness ratings. - Time to practice and utilize the coaching. Share with family, friends, and associates in your business. En-joy the new distinctions and awareness, build rapport, create attraction and Make Magic Happen!

Continually Shifting,

Dave
