Auckland is doing very well – hotels and flights are full. I flew from Singapore to Auckland via Brisbane on Quanta’s as SIA was over-booked and Air New Zealand just stopped flights from Auckland to Singapore – add an additional 6 hours to a 10 hour flight. How was the experience? Let’s just say that when I arrived at the hotel it was fully booked – no rooms – it was a great opportunity to work on some of the important “state management tools” that we work on at the Entrepreneurs Life Shift program! Auckland is the largest city in New Zealand and is located on the northwestern coast of the North Island on the Tasman Sea. Population: 1,158,891 Major Industries: tourism, service, education, manufacturing, distribution. February is a beautiful season in Auckland with blue skies, mild weather and clean air – it does not take one very long to see, feel, and experience why Auckland is attracting people from all around the world as a premier spot to emigrate.  Entrepreneurship is flourishing in New Zealand and is one of the most exciting dynamic markets for XL.

Did You Know? Auckland will be the home of the world’s first XL Business Café! Moving forward    the initiative is Justyn, a serial entrepreneur with a huge heart! Justyn creates high energy ATTRACTION wherever he goes and is now the co-founder of XL Business Café’s. The official launch of this new and exciting business is on March 5th in Auckland. 
Did You Know? Also launching in Auckland on March 5th is XL Preschools lead by “enlightened edu-preneurs” Lina from New Zealand, Sony from Indonesia, and supporting cast at XL Head Office in Singapore. XL Preschools is an integral step in elevating global consciousness in an experiential learning environment with an underlying intention of positive social, environmental and economic impact. Both XL Business Café’s and XL Preschools have been working along with our Head Office team lead by our new Group Marketing Director Ian Grundy. 
 Did Your Know? Auckland’s topography is among the most spectacular in the world. Its geological and coastal features are a throw-back to earlier eras in the Earth’s development. Auckland has three harbors, two mountain ranges, 48 volcanic cones and more than 50 islands and if real estate investment, development, rental, residential or commercial is your interest, passion, profession or hobby, getting to know our Life Members in New Zealand would be a wise choice. Richelle has just completed her finest six months in the business, Vanya & Richard are diversifying their holdings in Auckland, Rahul & Alika are looking at cross border transactions, Mark is working on some motel developments, and we have developers looking to expand into Dubai, Australia, and Fiji.

Show me the money! After watching the Secret twenty times in twenty days, Getrude has been manifesting, inspiring and energizing people all around the world. Since I last saw her in LA, where she met and spoke with Dr REV Michael Beckworth at Ogape Spiritual Centre, negotiated some dealings with Mark Victor Hanson, and captivated the producer of the Lord of Rings, as well as inspired most, if not all, of the life members at the Entrepreneur Life Shift Program in LA! Getrude was back at the program in Auckland to learn and share her wisdom and to ask for some more. She asked for some funding for her upcoming motion picture to serve the 15 million HIV orphans in Africa and within minutes up popped Justyn with a PROMISE of six figure support for the initiative. She then asked for a boat, cruiser, ship, to sail around Africa, counterclockwise, in May or June to finish off the screen play for the picture and up popped Andy and two other Life members with suggestions, ideas and contacts to make it happen. The boat has not been secured yet, though magic is happening. WOW – stay tuned as the Getrude express continues to chug along and make magic happen!
From the very visible and effective with Getrude to the relatively quiet and effective energy of Thelma, it was great to meet up with Thelma. Thelma created some quiet and effective attraction with Tony, me and a few other life members through her sharing of her COLORS Coaching. An innovative and creative process designed by Thelma and supported by some terrific printed resources, Thelma can coach one-to-one or in groups about the effects, powers and energy in our clothing, our style and our image. Thelma’s sessions are inspiring, effective and energizing!
During the session, enthusiasm was bubbling especially when motivational coach and speaker Yvonne stood up to talk about STEP UP, the empowering weekend program to empower TEENS. Yvonne has really stepped up since becoming a Life Member last month and has set her targets of 1000 TEENS along with 180 COACHES for the launch of STEP UP in New Zealand. With the support of XL members, media, the community, and corporations in NZ, the STEP UP launch will be a huge success. Yvonne along with STEP UP founder Rhyl Bergin from Australia, will be spearheading the activities in NZ. The event is scheduled for the last week of March and XL teams nationwide and worldwide will be participating.  Actions
In discussions with Gaelene, she mentioned that there are 200+ events schedule for New Zealand in 2007. In March there are over 20 events planned including the official launch of XL Café’s, XL PreSchools, as well as the STEP UP weekend.
With the new initiatives, excitement, and energy, one might get a little overwhelmed with all the activities. If you are energized, enthused and inspired by the activities, great, get involved and as Glen Carson’s suggests BE A GO GIVER!
If, however, you are feeling overwhelmed, may I suggest you go back to basics. Breath, exercise, and take care of yourself – remember to plan your time, perhaps do some buddy coaching with some fellow Life Members and work on designing your week, your month and your year. One of Life Members who has done some super work in planning is super mechanic Harry Tan. Harry’s “Success Life Planner” is a wonderful tool for grounding, direction and clarity and if you have some time give Harry a call as he is awesome at helping clients, friends and associates at achieving and focusing on the important things in life.
